  • Public Hearing to consider proposed draft land use plan 2026

    TOWN OF SHERMAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN

    WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026 AT 6:00PM

    LOCATION:  SHERMAN TOWN HALL, N8425 CTY RD F, MENOMONIE, WI

     

    The Town of Sherman Board for the Town of Sherman, Dunn County, WI is considering the adoption of the Town of Sherman’s Plan Commission’s proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan.  A Public Hearing will be held on May 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Sherman Town Hall, N8425 CTY RD F, Menomonie, WI  54751.  The Draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan can be found on the Town of Sherman website: https://www.townofshermandunn.com/assets/files/2026/04/2026-land-use-plan-draft.pdf  or by contacting the Town of Sherman Clerk, Ashley Score with a summary of areas covered below:
