    NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TO SELL FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGES

     

    TOWN OF SHERMAN, DUNN COUNTY, WISCONSIN

     

    The following named have hereby made application to the Town Board of the Town of Sherman, County of Dunn WI for a “Class B” fermented malt beverage “above quota” license beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027:

     

    Mitchell L. Potter; Chase W. Potter; members The Barn at Copper Creek, LLC, located at N7681 500th Street, Menomonie, WI  54751, within the N.W. ¼ of the S.W. ¼ of Section 35, T.29 N., R.13W., Town of Sherman, Dunn County, Wisconsin. 

     

    The Town of Sherman Board will consider renewing the license on June 17, 2026 at the monthly board meeting.

     

    This notice is published in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 125.
